We mourn the loss of Peter Roesberg who sang Bass in the Liedertafel for 35 years.
He passed after a long illness.

Peter's funeral will take place on the 28^th September from 11:00am at the Christ Lutheran Church on Gordon Avenue. www.springfieldfuneralhome.com

Peter was a very dedicated longtime member singing in the Bass section. He will be missed by us all

In addition he was a veteran member and patron of the Kelowna German Canadian Harmonie German Club.

Horst Kuehn, a member of our choir, passed away in the Kelowna Hospice on the 22^nd March after a long battle with cancer.

Liedertafel Choir lost a very dedicated longtime member in Horst who sang in the Tenor section. His passion for music was his life. Horst was very active in the membership and he will be missed by us all

Horst had been a long time Tenor in the choir and a Director of KLS.

He was the special person who put all the chairs out ready for rehearsal every Tuesday and uncased and set up the electric piano - no simple or light task!
He also transported the piano to and from venues for us whenever needed.

In addition he was a veteran member of the Kelowna German Canadian Harmonie German Club.
